Prior to joining the real estate industry, Dave has more than 15 years experience in electrical and electronic engineering in the industrial, marine and offshore industries. This also required him to travel regularly in the Asean region.

Dave has more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry. He has achieved numerous awards along the journey. His latest awards are the International Diamond Society Award and Top 50 Salesperson Award.

He has also obtained the requisite CEHA qualification required for licensing of real estate agents in one sitting. He achieved this in 6 days by undergoing the Superlative Learning System 6-Days Revision Workshop. He has also successfully completed the NSRS Assessor Course under Spring Singapore.

He is still involved in sales and leasing of properties and has trained many realtors to achieve success in their career. Some of his training include topics on HDB/ Private transactions, presentation techniques, negotiations skills, closing techniques and others including motivational workshops.
