Colin Tan
Colin Tan started his love affair with sales at the age of 22 in a Scotts & Fratzer Company selling vacuum cleaners. He immediately established himself as the top salesperson and quickly rose through the ranks and, within a few months, became the natural choice as trainer when the top American trainer, John Owen, unfortunately passed away.
Colin then went on to make a name for himself in sales and training in different markets before coming into the real estate industry. Not surprisingly, he tasted success from the word go even though he started from fresh. In a short time, he went on to become team manager and then trainer.
One thing that sets Colin apart from his peers is his ability to make things easy to understand for people to follow. Unlike most other trainers in the industry who regurgitate other people's training programmes from various manuals, Colin would write his own training programme that caters to the needs and culture of the Singapore market while incorporating valuable knowledge from the US and other mature markets. He is constantly looking for innovation in the area of training & helping sales agents.
